Choosing an Air Conditioning Repair Contractor

Not only were they almost half of the quote we got from our service provider we had for a new AC unit in our rental house. They came to our primary home so fast with a much larger unit still cheaper then former providers quote from our rental. As my husband has a disability they made sure he was comfortable while sleeping at night with a small window unit until the new installation the next day. The honesty and true care for their costumers is beyond belief. Clients for life

I love these folks! So friendly , organized , always on time and thorough! They installed my system when I built my home and now I have a service contract with them . The tech is awesome! I feel very confident in their work!

5 stars because the techs were nice and polite. Also five stars because I don’t want this to affect anyone’s job. I know how surveys affect employees these days so I won’t give any less. I will say $200 for a capacitor that was replaced during the 30min diagnostics is a little out there. Capacitor from factory on high side is $50ish dollars maybe $60. You guys are charging approximately 1 hour of labor to replace. I would understand that if I asked you guys to come out and replace that and that’s it but an hour of labor for a capacitor is steep. I will still continue to use this HVAC company 100% and will highly recommended I just wish there was some wiggle room on that part replacement. Next time I’ll be replacing that part before calling.

Technician Judy appears thorough in her regular inspections of our heating and cooling systems, and provides us with a complete assessment of the status of these systems. Having compared it to others, what Speeks charges for its twice-a-year visits to evaluate our heating and cooling systems seems a reasonable price.
