There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe the service team at Williamson County Equipment. The seem to know instinctively that tractors are almost indispensable on a farm be it large or small, and that a broken tractor is at best, an inconvenience, and at worst, a catastrophe for the business. My tractor is at an age where things are starting to break, and the dealer where I bought it no longer services the brand. Twice in the last month I have had to haul our tractor down to the good folks at Williamson County Equipment for different failures, and P.J. the Service Manager has been a star. Even more so, Service Technician Jared has an uncanny ability to go straight to the fault to identify what needs to be done to get the machine back on line. I'm hoping this thing continues to run for a while, but if it decides to give more trouble there's no doubt where it will go to be repaired. - Mike

I've gotta say, ever since TJ has become service manager, things have been great. TJ is extremely knowlegable and always willing to help. Communication is good, getting updates, and you can tell TJ really cares about his customers.
